Eastern Shore Active Sports

The Eastern Shore is a fine place for participating in active sports. Come out and play! There are races and tournaments for golf, cycling, running, tennis, sailing, fishing and more. Our calendar includes sports events on the Eastern Shore of Maryland and Virginia, the Delaware beaches, and Ocean City.

August 2005
The world's biggest fishing tournament, a professional golf tournament, a bike tour, a paddling "poker run", 5K runs, and log canoe races.

September 2005
A golf tournament, 2 bicycle tours on the same day, a bicycle race, a running race, a triathlon and a jousting tournament.

October 2005
Two triathlons, a surf fishing tournament, a paintball tournament, 10K run and the Seagull Century.
