Onancock Christmas Home Tour and ConcertsThe annual Onancock Christmas celebration in the tiny waterfront town of Onancock, Virginia includes a home tour and concerts. Visit beautiful historic houses, listen to excellent music, and explore the town's unique shops and restaurants. Onancock Christmas will be held on Saturday, December 8, 2007, and is sponsored by the Onancock Business and Civic Association. Downtown merchants and restaurants stay open late. At those places displaying a neon daisy there will be a warm welcome, entertainment and or refreshments. The newest Onancock Christmas Ornament is available at many of these merchants.  
Onancock Christmas Homes TourThe Onancock Christmas home tour begins at 2:00 p.m. and ends at 6 p.m. The early start time makes it easier for more seniors to attend and for everyone to get to all of the night's events. Historic Kerr Place is on the tour every year and offers a special evening of activities and entertainment. Transportation between homes by Star Transit included in the price of your ticket. The photos on this page are from the 2005 Onancock Christmas home tour. This year the Homes Tour begins at the Onancock School. The school is located at 6 College Avenue. Here is a Google map of the school location. You can buy tickets for the tour at the school. Home tour tickets are $15 per person, and all proceeds are donated to charity.          
Onancock Christmas ConcertsMusic concerts are part of the Onancock Christmas celebration, along with the home tour. At historic Cokesbury Church there is the very popular "Season for Sharing" holiday music festival from 4:00 to 8:00. This festival presents a long list of excellent performers every year. Cap your evening by attending "A Christmas Story" at the North Street Playhouse in downtown Onancock. 8 PM.
