July 7 - 10
Ocean City Tuna Tournament
18th annual. Big, big cash prizes. Nightly weigh-ins. Food, entertainment, and interactive fishing games for children. Ocean City, MD.

July 10
Lighthouse Taco Toss 5K
Course starts and finishes at Lighthouse and goes through residential neighborhoods of Dewey Beach. T-shirts and post race party on the deck of the Lighthouse with a breakfast buffet. Benefits Ronald McDonald House of Delaware. Lighthouse Restaurant, Dewey Beach, DE.

July 17
Northbeach Restaurant 5K
Out and back through residential streets. T-shirts and post-race party. Benefits Childrens Beach House. Dewey Beach, DE.

July 22 - 24
Wachapreague Marlin Tournament
3 day tournament, open to all boats. Wachapreague, VA.

July 31
Blackwater Traverse Duathlon
An event of the USA Triathlon Mid-Atlantic Region. This race will be conducted within the confines of the Blackwater National Wildlife Refuge. The newly configured course is flat, fast and windy and will "traverse" the beauty of the Refuge. This high profile Duathlon event which promises to bring out the region's best and you don't have to swim!
