Kent Hospice Foundation Golf Tournament
Shotgun start. Noon. Chester River Yacht and Country Club. Chestertown, MD.

West Wicomico Heritage Ride
Bicycle tour - 15, 32, 50, or 62 mile ride. The tour route takes you through 300 years of Maryland history - along some of the most scenic roadways on the Eastern Shore. The ride begins near Salisbury, at Pemberton Hall, which dates to 1741.

Bottle Cork 10 miler / 5k
Final event in the Seven Sisters run-walk series. Great post-race party. Dewey Beach, DE.

Amish Country Bike Tour
Ride through the farms and small towns of Kent County, DE. 15, 25, 50, 62 or 100 mile loops. Live music. Start at Legislative Hall, Dover, DE.

King Pawn Grand Prix Bicycle Race
USCF bicycle race - all categories and abilities. Fee for racers. Public invited. Chesapeake Bay Business Park, Kent Island, MD.

September 18
Ridgely Jousting Tournament
Riders on horseback ride down a track of 80 yards, attempting to spear 3 medal rings wrapped in white cord. There are 4 classes of riders riding for 4 places in each class. Ridgely, MD.

September 24
Make-A-Wish Sea Colony Triathlon
Individuals or relay teams compete in a 1.5k swim, 36k bike, 10k run competition in various divisions. Relay teams of two or three people can be formed; one swimmer, one biker and one runner. The teams compete in one of four divisions: all-male, all-female, mixed (men and women), or corporate. Bethany Beach, DE.
